An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and reliable Campus Office Administration Officer to join a busy and supportive school office in Melbourne's north. This fast-paced role involves daily admin tasks, frequent interaction with students, parents, and staff, and managing the campus sick bay.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage student attendance, absences, and records

Operate and maintain the sick bay; administer first aid

Support staff, students, and parents with admin assistance

Distribute bulletins and notices

Maintain tidy office and print room spaces

Data entry, filing, and photocopying

Assist with student management, confiscated items, lost property, and excursion entries

Liaise with year level coordinators and follow internal processes

Profile

Candidate Requirements:

Current First Aid Level 2 (mandatory)

Valid Working with Children Check - Employee (mandatory)

Strong admin and communication skills

Personable, proactive, and able to build rapport with staff, students, and parents

Ability to work flexibly, including occasional after-hours events

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Operoo, and Synergetic (Ideal)

• Demonstrated understanding of child safety and appropriate professional conduct
