As our experienced Dental Technician, you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality removable prosthetics for our predominantly adult patient base (50+), contributing directly to their comfort and confidence. This full-time position offers a rewarding career within our friendly and growing team, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with an attractive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation for the ideal person, commensurate with your experience.

Your Craftsmanship Will Involve:

Fabricating dentures (full, partial, flexible, implant-retained) with precision and artistry.

Constructing mouthguards and occlusal splints to the highest standards.

Performing denture repairs efficiently and effectively.

Maintaining a clean and organised laboratory environment, adhering to best practices.

What We're Looking For in You:

2-3 years post-qualification experience as a Dental Technician, ideally with a strong focus on removable prosthetics.

Excellent technical skills in all aspects of denture fabrication and repair.

Proficiency in constructing mouthguards and splints.

A strong understanding of dental materials and techniques for removable prosthetics.

Exceptional self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to integrate seamlessly into our friendly team.

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

A proactive and efficient work ethic.

A fun and social personality – we love team members contributing to our positive and friendly atmosphere!

Leadership skills are a bonus, indicating potential for future growth within our practice.
