About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Assistant to support our high performing sales manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, strong administrative skills, and a desire to grow within the real estate industry. Previous experience in real estate or sales support is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist agent with day-to-day sales tasks and client communication
Prepare listing documents, contracts, and marketing materials
Coordinate property inspections, open homes, and appointments
Maintain client databases and CRM systems
Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or administration preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
A current driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Agent's Representative Certificate
Available to work Saturday’s
