About the role

Are you passionate about customer service and delivering an exceptional shopping experience? We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Assistant to join our premium jewellery store team in the heart of Hobart. This is a casual position with flexible hours for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and a premium in-store experience

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries and completing sales transactions

Maintaining high standards of presentation and visual merchandising in the store

Processing cash and card payments, and managing the till

Restocking and replenishing store inventory as required

Adhering to store policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the business

Social media marketing and visual representation

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the jewellery industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation

The ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive store culture

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays, as required
