About the Role:
We’re looking for Casual Retail Sales Assistants who are flexible to work across various Perth locations and available across our 7-day trading roster. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where there’s always something to do!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised shoe fittings

Building strong customer relationships through genuine interactions

Stock control and merchandising

Operating POS and EFTPOS systems (experience a bonus!)

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment

Working towards sales targets with the opportunity for promotions and other incentives when budgets are achieved

What we’re looking for:

A patient, caring, and attentive listener

Someone who loves helping people find their perfect fit

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to thrive in a busy environment

Flexibility to work across different stores and a rotating roster, including weekends

Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential – full training provided!
