As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Retail Sales Assistants / Beauty Advisors to join our Canberra team!

About the Role
We are looking for team members who are enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about beauty. Your role is to engage customers, provide expert advice, and help maintain a vibrant, welcoming store environment.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences

Meet individual and team sales targets

Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and store cleanliness

Manage POS transactions and ensure balanced cash handling

Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with K-beauty trends

Participate in store events, promotions, and sampling campaigns

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work culture

Help with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Proactively follow up with customers and maintain service standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or beauty sales experience (preferred but not essential)

Passion for skincare, makeup, and Korean beauty trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Flexible availability, including weekends

Strong personal grooming and a professional attitude

Commitment to learning and continuous improvement
