The Role

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Administration and Office Support with a range of key responsibilities which may include:

• Coordinate end-to-end global mobility processes, including visa applications and compliance.
• Collate and manage all candidate documentation and onboarding materials.
• Liaise with external immigration agents, internal teams, and international partners.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Managing Director and executive team.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of project coordination.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR project coordination, preferably within mining, construction, or related sectors.
• A strong understanding of visa processing, global mobility, and international employment compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to collate and manage sensitive documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with executive stakeholders.
• Availability to commence immediately and commit to a contract role.
