The Opportunity

Senior Solutions Architect | High-Impact National Program | EL2 Equivalent
Canberra-based | NV2 clearance required | Hybrid work available
Start: August 2025 | Initial 12-month contract + 2 x 12-month extension options

We’re on the lookout for a grounded, people-first Senior Solutions Architect to join a major national initiative within the intelligence arena. This role sits at the strategic core of a multi-phase program and involves shaping enterprise-wide capabilities that have real impact.

Key Focus Areas:

• Lead solution architecture for highly complex, sensitive systems
• Translate business requirements into clear, integrated designs
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and align outcomes
• Shape long-term system design approaches and architecture patterns
• Engage deeply with stakeholders across Government and Industry
• Guide adoption of frameworks such as TOGAF or similar

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in Solution Architect roles (ideally at senior or EL2 level)
• Strong technical leadership across both legacy and emerging tech
• Experience with complex system integration and cloud environments
• Confidence to guide architecture governance and risk decisions
• Calm, thoughtful communication skills that foster trust

Bonus Points For:

• SFIA level 6 experience across solution architecture, stakeholder management, governance or systems design
• Prior exposure to sensitive or classified ICT environments
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline

Security Clearance

You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum NV2 clearance. No flexibility on this.
