Who You Are

You’re an experienced HR professional with a solid background in policy development and employment legislation. You’ve worked on complex HR projects—especially in government or similarly structured environments—and you know how to take a policy from draft to implementation.

You write with clarity, think strategically, and can distil legal and industrial obligations into accessible documents. You’ve also got a track record of working with a range of stakeholders, from SMEs to senior executives, and know how to navigate competing interests to get things done.

Key Duties

Redesign and publish HR policies aligned to new enterprise agreement and legislation

Collaborate with SMEs, consultative groups and leadership on content

Ensure best-practice compliance with PS Act, Fair Work Act, SRC Act and more

Support broader HR initiatives driving capability, culture, and performance

Engage across the employee lifecycle: from planning and recruitment to case management
