Our partner is seeking a dynamic & experienced leasing consultant, ready to hit the ground running alongside a dominant real estate developer in Melbourne's inner suburbs! Have the opportunity to lease properties all in one centralized project location!

your role

• 6-month contract role on offer
• Conduct open & private leasing inspections of Build-To-Rent properties
• Opportunity to show luxury facilities within the project
• Have the benefit of all properties being in the same building / vicinity of one another
• Up to $70k + super dependent on candidate's prior real estate experience
• Saturday hours essential for open inspections, time in lieu for hours worked
• Salary range of up to $80,000 package, depending on experience
• Flexible working hours / WFH on offer
• Immediate start available

your advantage

• 2-years experience in a leasing, BDM or project sales role preferred
• Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
• Reliable car and drivers license
• Has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Enjoys being part of a team!
