About the role

Shun Wah Lawyers are seeking a talented and ambitious Paralegal/Junior Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Fortitude Valley, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's legal practice and providing exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assisting senior solicitors with legal research, document preparation, and file management

Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence

Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm's practice areas

Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, organising client files, and maintaining databases

Actively participating in client meetings and contributing to client-focused solutions

What we're looking for

Motivated lawyer with experience in Conveyancing/ General practice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities

Proficient in using legal research tools and database software

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Relevant experience in a legal or paralegal role is highly desirable

Mandarin/ Cantonese speaker preferred
