The Role

This highly reputable and vibrant firm are seeking a Solicitor / Associate with experience in General commercial law and Estate planning and administration. They have a relaxed and professional environment and a strong pipeline of work from well established referral sources in personal Finance.

You will work closely with the Partner and Associate in the Team and have support and assistance. This is a very collegiate team with an inclusive and relaxed culture that supports each other. Your day will revolve around corporate and commercial law, private client advisory and succession planning, tax, duties and superannuation advice.

About You

The ideal candidate for this diverse role will have:

• 1-3 years PAE with experience in general commercial law, corporate and commercial law, private client advisory and succession planning, tax, duties and superannuation advice.
• Shows initiative and able to problem-solve.
• Able to work well in a team and handle carriage of less complex matters.
• Good communication skills both within a team and with clients.
• Excellent file management, organisational skills.
