About the role

Envisage Lawyers' is seeking a talented Solicitor to join our team in our Milton, Queensland office. As a Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic and collaborative firm.

What you'll be doing

Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, including family law, criminal law, commercial contracts, property transactions, dispute resolution, and more

Researching legal issues, analysing relevant laws and regulations, and providing practical solutions to client problems

Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence

Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support client matters

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent) and admission to practice as a Solicitor in Queensland

1-4 years of post-admission experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal environment

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services

A collaborative and client-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
