Quest Woolooware Bay is a newly designed 71 room retreat in the much-coveted Woolooware Bay precinct, neighbouring the Cronulla Sharks Rugby League Team and Bay Central, Sutherland Shire’s newest Shopping Centre.

Quest Woolooware Bay has quickly become a customer service leader in the Quest network and due to growth and market demand the Hotel is looking for a Team Leader Full Time Front Office guest service agent. We are seeking Front Office staff who have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and who want to be part of a vibrant and successful team.

Quest Woolooware Bay in the first 12 of months from opening is fast becoming the preferred destination for Corporate, Leisure, Sporting and the Entertainment travellers.

Reporting to the Property Manager the role will require hands-on guest service tasks, including delivering effortless guest experiences, providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve sales targets, processing reservations and ensure full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the Hotel reception. The role also involves working collaboratively in a team with Sales, Housekeeping and Management

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a passion for customer service, advanced skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, high standards of personal presentation, and strong leadership capabilities.

Prior experience in a front office Hotel reception role in a hotel environment and using applications such as RMS/Opera and other Hotel Guest Systems is essential.

The role requires weekend work.

Qualifications in a business discipline or the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
