About the role

This part-time Accounts Receivable role at Office Fruit' in Altona North, VIC offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for the financial operations of this growing organisation. As the Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring timely customer payments and maintaining the company's financial health.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection of outstanding payments

Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and chase up late payments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer accounts and transactions

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance

Support the broader finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with customers

Proficient in using MYOB and spreadsheet applications

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
