About the role

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Cracked Soda brand to life across both digital and physical spaces. From homepage banners to in-store signage, your creative work will help shape how people experience the brand—whether they’re scrolling on their phones or shopping IRL.

You’ll be hands-on with everything from social content and website assets to flyers, lookbooks and point-of-sale displays. This role is a mix of creative freedom and thoughtful execution, where you’ll own your projects and collaborate closely with the founders and the team to keep things fresh, bold, and on-brand.

Design homepage banners, tiles, collection images, and video assets for the Cracked Soda website (Shopify platform).

Create social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other key channels.

Support with the email marketing graphics and templates as needed.

Develop creative for physical marketing materials, including: In-store signage, Point-of-sale (POS) displays, Flyers, posters, event collateral, Printed lookbooks and product cards.

Ensure all creative—digital and physical—aligns with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.

Collaborate closely with the brand founders and broader team to concept, develop, and execute creative projects.

Manage multiple design projects, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

Assist with uploading and managing content within the Shopify CMS.

What we're looking for

1–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or eCommerce.

Strong portfolio showcasing relevant digital design work.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.

Experience with content creation for social media platforms.

Familiarity with Shopify CMS is a big plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Self-motivated with excellent time management.
