An experienced Signage Production Assistant and Graphic Designer is required to join our busy and growing team for immediate start. Previous sign industry experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is measured on satisfying clients and exceeding delivery expectations - maintaining our high-quality signage whilst meeting our deadlines. We’re seeking a Signage Production Assistant and Graphic Designer to support our production team.

The position requires you to;

· Be hands on in all aspects of signage design and proofing.

· Have experience in design of Vehicle Wraps and other types of signage.

· Preparing and outputting accurate files for printing and production.

Convert artwork to print ready format and rip to commercial printers and plotters. MUST be able to Print HP Latex 360 and Mimaki Plotter.

· Assist in production, manufacturing, printing, laminating and weeding of signage projects.

· Perform quality control checks on completed products.

· Prioritise workflow, communicate with production staff and monitor the design processes.

· Adhere to processes and systems within the business.

· Have the ability to be part of a team.

· Offering top-notch customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.

· Ensure a high standard of safety, quality, service and communication.

· Be highly organised and process driven, willing to learn and have a positive attitude.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Adobe Illustrator, Flexi and Photoshop skills essential.

· A signage industry background is essential – 2 years preferred.

· Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines efficiently.

· Knowledge of materials and production methods used in signage.

· Experience or knowledge with print production and finishing.

· Ability to work efficiently and maintain a consistently high attention to detail.

· Good organisational skills
