Junior Graphic Designer (Part-Time – In-House/ Hybrid)
Location: Yamba NSW (Hybrid work options available)
Days: Minimum 2 days per week

We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team on a part-time basis. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for all things fashion and jewellery.

The Role:
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support the marketing team across a range of creative outputs. From weekly EDMs to social content and digital advertising, you’ll help bring our brand to life visually – maintaining consistency, quality and flair across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and scheduling weekly EDMs using either Marsello

Supporting our Social Media Manager with content creation

Designing digital ads – including static imagery, carousels, gifs and video assets

Assisting with Reels and short-form video content

Editing and retouching imagery for our website and campaigns

Occasionally colour grading stills or short videos to suit our brand aesthetic

You’ll Need:

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop

Experience using Klaviyo or Marsello (must be confident in at least one)

A portfolio that showcases your eye for design, particularly in fashion or lifestyle brands

A collaborative mindset and the ability to take direction and feedback

Confidence in working with video, gif and social-first formats

Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous experience in the jewellery or fashion space

Skills in other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g. Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

A strong understanding of current design trends, especially in the fashion/ecomm space

This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skill set in a fast-paced, creative environment with a tight-knit team. You will sit alongside our Head of Marketing to bring marketing campaigns and initiatives to life. You’ll be an integral part of our visual storytelling, contributing to the brand’s overall look and feel across multiple digital platforms.
