Role:
You will be answering enquiries from customers in line with agreed standards.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and requests via phone, email, web and social media.
• Resolve issues and enquiries from stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner.

About you:

• Proven experience working in a Contact Centre or Call Centre environment - this is essential.
• Highly proficient in using administrative tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent administration, communication, and customer service skills.
