Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our client's schedules and specifications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management processes and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

Duties:

• Oversee project management processes including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Create and manage projects using NetSuite.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Ensure ITPs are followed and documented properly.
• Ensure installations are completed according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with finance department to verify payment status.
• Prepare comprehensive Operation and Maintenance documentation.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software, including NetSuite
