The role:

Are you passionate about project management and ready to take on exciting challenges across Australia? We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager on a 9-month fixed term contract, to join our team and support multiple new site openings and renovation projects. If you have strong analytical and organisational skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site-based projects, liaising with all trades to ensure timely completion
• Travel across Australia to open and renovate our exciting venues
• Lead multiple projects to ensure key deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
• Manage projects from design concept to compliance, configuration, and on-time delivery
• Communicate project status updates and issues to key stakeholders
• Handle administrative and financial management of project records, purchase orders, vendor payments, and cost reviews
• Reduce costs through innovative design, supplier management, and leveraging long-term contracts

Career Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supporting projects, ideally in retail or commercial fit-out
• Knowledge and experience with BCA Standards
• Experience in planning and coordinating multiple projects within budget and time constraints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
