ESK (Evidence Skincare) is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead their customer service team and make a real impact in the fast-growing skincare industry. The Customer Care Manager will be key in shaping how ESK supports its customers. The role will involve leading a passionate team from the company’s headquarters in Banksmeadow. The manager will guide the team through the challenges and excitement of an expanding global business, ensuring every customer feels confident in their skincare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a small but effective Customer Care team to deliver exceptional service across phone, email, SMS, and chatbot.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, driving improvements in service and ensuring every interaction makes the customer feel heard and valued.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
- Help scale the customer care function globally, recruiting and managing new Customer Care teams in the US and UK as the company’s international presence grows.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in an eCommerce environment
- Proven ability to scale teams and build systems to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding business.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing team.

Salary: 85-105k + super
Location: Banksmeadow, Mon-Fri, office-based
