At the core of our organization's success lies our Finance Department, where strategic financial decisions shape the path to excellence. As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our Corporate Stream.

The Senior Corporate Accountant is a key player in our Finance Department, responsible for managing the financial activities within our Corporate Stream. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will bring your experience and strategic mindset to ensure the financial health and success of our corporate operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong accounting background, capable of providing insights that drive business performance.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for delivering timely and effective corporate accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow of work streams. This includes reporting, commentary, and any other relevant practices.

Actively leading your team including team members offshore to deliver the day-to-day management of bookkeeping and accounting practices, consistently supporting process improvement and team development and growth.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes within the Corporate Stream for increased efficiency and accuracy.

Implement best practices to enhance financial operations.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the CFO, providing a clear overview of the Corporate Stream's financial health.

Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data for reporting purposes.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate financial performance and provide insights into the Corporate Stream's financial position.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Budget Management:

Oversee the creation and management of budgets for the Corporate Stream.

Ensure effective budget allocation and monitor financial performance against targets.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Lead the development of financial plans and forecasts for the Corporate Stream.

Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess financial risks within the Corporate Stream.

Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on corporate financial management.

Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.

Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.

Leading and managing team both onshore and offshore.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
