We are currently seeking talented individuals for the following positions:

Accounting Services Officer (Level 2)

This position is perfect for those starting their career in accounting and who enjoy dealing with a diverse range of people including suppliers and customers and possess high attention to detail.

You will be responsible for processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, performing GST compliance checks, and providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on receivables and payables. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements.

Senior Accounting Services Officer (Level 3)

As a Senior Accounting Services Officer, you will coordinate the daily operations of payables and receivables systems. You will manage end-of-month and end-of-year procedures, provide advice, investigate transaction-related queries, and prepare reports. This role is ideal for those with considerable experience in accounts payable and receivable environments.

  • 2x Level 3 Senior Accounting Services Officer (1x Permanent and 1x Fixed term appointment until 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency)
  • 1x Level 2 Accounting Services Officer (Permanent opportunity)
