The Role
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Front of House Supervisor/Maitre D to lead our front-of-house service. You'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests – greeting with warmth, managing bookings and floor flow, and making sure everyone leaves happy. You’ll work closely with the floor and bar team, supporting service and stepping in where needed to keep things humming.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hosting with energy and charm – greeting and seating guests

Managing the bookings system and coordinating walk-ins

Overseeing service flow and floor management

Communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams

Handling customer queries or complaints with confidence

Jumping on the floor when required – we're a small, hands-on team

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Maître D’, FOH Supervisor or similar

A genuine love of hospitality and customer service

Strong communication and leadership skills

Calm under pressure and confident managing busy services

Available to work evenings and weekends
