Ellico Group is gearing up for the 2025 Sugar Mill Crush season and we're expanding our team! We're seeking skilled and reliable Plant Fitters, Electricians, and Boilermakers to support our long-standing clients with both maintenance and capital works across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and project work on factory and mill equipment to support operational availability.

Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance, including plant and equipment overhauls.

Support capital upgrade projects and installation of new systems.

Work collaboratively within a maintenance crew to meet production and reliability targets.

Operate in alignment with established condition monitoring and safety procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualifications (Fitter, Electrician, or Boilermaker)

Electricians Require: Current LVR/CPR & Electrical Licence

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Sugar Mill Experience

Advantageous skills / qualifications

Working at heights

Confined space

Gas test atmospheres
