Modern family friendly bakery cafe in Logan's most prestige shopping center, seeking passionate and responsible hard-working talents to join our cake/pastry production team with a mission to popularize gourmet hand-craft pastries to local communities.

Working shifts start at 7:00 am in the morning and possibly 1 weekend.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and produce a wide variety of fillings, cream, curd, mousse or any other input ingredients required to make finished products

Decorating many types of pastries, cake, slices, tarts on a daily basis

Bake and cook raw products into perfection wherever required.

Ensure the display cabinets of cake, sweet treats and pastries are always well presented and fully stocked.

Design/decorate/produce to order on special occasional cake range in a timely manner.

Manage all kinds of stocks and ingredients in your scope of work.

Coordinate with BOH supervisor to manage stock and product quality.

Keep your working area, equipment, tools in a clean and tidy condition at all times.

Food safety, personal hygiene and grooming is always at highest standard.

Product innovation and creativity is highly encouraged.
