Ozcare has a part time opportunity available for a Cook at our St Louise de Marillac Day Respite Centre.
Your Role
As a Cook you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
- Prepare and cook daily nutritional balanced meals
- Supervise Domestics and Volunteers directly associated with the kitchen environment (where applicable)
- Prepare menus and involve residents' in choice and selection where appropriate
- Monitor and comply with Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental practices
- Some Kitchen hand shifts will be required as well as cooking

Role Requirements
- Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (where applicable)
- Demonstrated previous cooking experience for large groups would be an advantage
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
