We are an urban patisserie delivering authentic French Pastries and Italian coffee in the heart of the Salt Village precinct in Kingscliff. A sister patisserie to Brisbane's first patisserie, today we seek a motivated and reliable pastrycook to join our team four or five days per week. Specifc skills can be taught, you will start with a basic tray up, proove, bake and finish role. Early career qualified pastrycooks welcome. Great opportunity to learn and develop.

We undertake a full range of baking, our Pastry Cooks are skilled artisans who once trained create everything from scratch.
Croissants, brioche, danish, pain au's, vanilla slice, eclairs, flans, tarts, slices, petit four, macaron, almondine, quiche, brioche & pastry rolls, breads and sourdoughs - every day of the week is different.
After three months, gateau of many flavours, catering slabs, ability to pipe and decorate is well regarded, croquembouche, wedding cakes for advanced pastry artistes.
Ability to follow instruction and to work independantly. We are are not a Champs Elysee style patisserie, we are everyday products and prices, authentically French style and high quality ingredients.
Four or five days a week, most weekends essential. Early start, early finish.
Five weeks annual leave
