As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, supporting daily administrative functions, and enhancing efficiency across all departments.

About the Role
The role will entail general bookkeeping, invoicing, ordering, reconciliation, office duties and logistics. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage logistics, and support the leadership team to drive efficiency and productivity. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organisation.

Manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, document management, and scheduling.

Manage inventory and logistics, including dispatch, freight bookings and monitoring, and maintaining stock levels.

Support finance-related functions, such as invoicing, expense tracking and pricing.

Liaise with suppliers, dealers, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.

Assist in event planning, trade shows, and dealer training sessions.

Handle HR-related administrative duties, including onboarding new team members.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains efficient and well-organised.

About You
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented admin person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about organisation and efficiency. You should be proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work. As a small business with a small team, it is important to be versatile and provide support to the rest of the team as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office administration, management, or operations role.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general business software. Experience with Cin7 Core also highly regarded.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in logistics, inventory management, or finance is highly regarded.

A passion for technology, audio-visual solutions, or the home entertainment industry is a plus!
