Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Processor/Fabricator to join this high-performing team. You’ll be hands-on in producing quality aluminium frames and components, using ALSPEC systems to meet custom specifications. Whether cutting, assembling, or working from technical drawings, your attention to detail and trade know-how will be key to success. This is a full-time role offering security, development, and a great team environment for someone looking to grow their career.

About the Role – What You’ll Be Doing

Fabricate aluminium frames, windows, doors, and related components

Read and interpret detailed technical and engineering drawings

Process and assemble using ALSPEC systems to exact specifications

Operate power tools and manual fabrication equipment

Maintain high quality control and adhere to safety standards

Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules

Who We’re Looking For

You're a motivated and skilled fabricator with experience in aluminium processing. You take pride in precision work, enjoy contributing to a well-run team, and are looking for a role where your input is valued and your efforts rewarded.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Demonstrated experience in aluminium fabrication and assembly

Strong understanding of ALSPEC systems and extrusion components

Ability to read and interpret workshop and architectural drawings

Competence using power tools and hand tools

Solid safety awareness and high work standards

Desirable

Experience in a manufacturing or glazing environment

HR Licence, or willing to get one

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
