We want someone who lives and breathes patient care with passion and who truly enjoys interacting with other people. You need to care about the tiny improvements because the patient will see and hear them. You have to want to pick up the phone on the first ring and reply to emails immediately. You have to feel the patient is the most important person at that moment and make sure the patient is delighted.

If you are a quick leaner, can take direction well and sometimes constructive criticism - then come join a team of likeminded people who just want to get the job done well and in a fun and relaxed environment.

About the Position - Customer Delight

Your role as part of the “Patient Care Team” is to help and support our patients for the 28 days that they are wearing a HeartBug heart monitor. We don’t see patients in person, we provide superior telephone, text and email support for patients all over Australia. This is not a call centre.

We are looking for a person that cares and has a whole lot of kindness and understanding for people that are dealing with heart problems and strokes, so patience is a key ingredient to helping patients through a stressful and sometimes confusing time for them.

The basic requirements and skills to succeed in this role are;

You can operate a computer confidently (we use iMac in the office)

You can multitask and can you do more than one thing at a time, for example simultaneously talking on the phone and sending a message through our portal

You understand mobile phones – both Android and iPhone and how to adjust settings, downloading apps, connect bluetooth and WIFI and help with updates (patients need to use the HeartBug app and we do phone support)

You are willing to work with and support the Field Team to troubleshoot patient related issues for our clinics, hospitals and Cardiologists

You respect the frameworks and parameters we operate in and work collaboratively with our clinics and doctors

You protect the privacy of our customers and keep sensitive information confidential

We are looking to add 2 more people to the team. One full-time and one part-time - both roles are based in-office in Hillsdale, these roles cannot work from home or remotely.

FULL-TIME - hours are Monday, Tuesday - 9am to 6pm, Friday - 10am to 7pm .. AND .. Saturday, Sunday - 9am-3pm (Wednesday & Thursday off)

PART-TIME - hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 9am-6pm .. AND .. Saturday - 9am-3pm. This is 33 hours per week @ $33 per hour.
