About the Role

Currently an opportunity exists for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast paced, dynamic team environment!

Joining a team of 2 Customer Service Administrators, this position will include the following and can be flexible to work around the successful candidates preferences and experience!

Contracts through workflow management system Onsite Companion

Monitor applications and lodgements

Schedule relevant meetings and appointments

Schedule colour selection appointments

Liaise with various internal departments and external authorities

Chase up construction certificates

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position

Residential building industry experience or similar highly regarded

Construction industry experience preferred

Fantastic people and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast paced role
