We are currently partnering with a long-standing and respected residential builder to recruit experienced Site Supervisors to oversee new home construction projects within a dedicated zone south of the river.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction team that offers genuine support, structured processes, and clear career progression. You'll be working closely with internal Construction Managers, Building Managers, and a dedicated admin support team to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in residential site supervision, a commitment to quality, and a proactive, organised approach to project management.

Your Role

• Oversaw the full lifecycle of multiple residential and commercial construction projects, managing operations from slab stage through to final handover.
• Acted as the primary liaison between stakeholders—ensuring seamless communication between clients, trades, and office personnel during site meetings and project updates.
• Interpreted and executed complex engineering documentation, plans, and scopes of work with precision to maintain compliance and drive project efficiency.
• Demonstrated strong leadership in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of resources to meet project milestones.
• Maintained high standards of quality and safety, conducting regular reviews of JHAs, SWMSs, and work procedures, and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Excelled in independently managing site operations while also contributing effectively within larger project teams.
• Known for a proactive, solutions-focused approach—taking ownership of challenges and resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Highly proficient with construction-related technology and digital tools, supporting efficient communication, scheduling, and reporting.
• Prioritized workloads effectively, balancing multiple deadlines and operational demands in high-pressure environments.
