We're currently working with luxury builder / developer based in Brisbane, to find an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has overseen high-end, architecturally designed residential builds and is passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

They manage all work in-house—no external clients. Their inner-north Brisbane projects require an experienced supervisor who can hit the ground running and uphold their high standards.

Location: Project-based role, focused on Brisbane Northside

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations on luxury residential projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship
• Implement strong OH&S principles to ensure a safe work environment.
• Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling works on site with a focus on achieving exceptional quality, safety and project success, including commitment against project budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks
• Liaise with internal design and construction teams
• Use construction management software (Buildertrend or similar) for scheduling and updates
• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supervising custom/luxury residential builds
• High attention to detail and finishes
• Strong planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
• Tech-savvy, with experience using construction management platforms (Buildertrend, Databuild or similar)
• Loyal, proactive, and looking for long-term career progression
• QBCC Site Supervisor License/Builders License
• Experience managing multiple sub-contractors and employees
