About the Role:

• Position: Construction Supervisor
• Location: Brisbane (North side)
• Reporting to: Area Construction Manager
• Projects: Oversee up to 20 residential builds simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all stages of construction across multiple residential sites, ensuring each project is delivered smoothly and on time.
• Lead subcontractors and trades, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Build strong, proactive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
• Keep projects on track by closely monitoring budgets and timelines.
• Ensure the highest health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all sites.

About You:

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a relevant construction qualification (preferred).
• QBCC Supervisors Licence (essential).

Experience:

• At least 2+ years of experience supervising 15+ residential projects at once for a volume builder.
• A solid and stable career history.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and collaborate with teams to achieve project goals.
