Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.
• Communicate clearly with owners, tenants, and service providers, offering timely and professional advice.
• Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals to support asset performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractor performance, and regular property inspections.
• Handle financial management tasks including budgeting, outgoings reconciliation, and arrears control.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, lease obligations, and trust account requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for preventative maintenance and property performance improvements.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional team environment.

• Prior experience in commercial property management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
