We're seeking a highly organised and skilled PMO Manager to to further develop and mature project management office operations across governance, finance, resourcing and progress tracking.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and knack for refining PMO processes to deliver increased efficiency across the program.

Description

• Own governance across Vendors and internal teams.
• Own the production of Program level governance reports
• Provide oversight on financial reporting
• Assist in developing team engagement strategies and delivering team days offsite.

Profile

• Strong preference for Retail experience.
• Experience in establishing transformation PMO capabilities.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to articulate the objectives of the program.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• A coaching mindset to improve project management & PMO capabilities.
