Description

End-to-end delivery of HRIS transformation projects

Manage vendors, contracts, and implementation partners

Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget

Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

Oversee change management, go-live planning, and business readiness

Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks

Report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

Profile

A degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a related field

Proven experience in managing large scale IT projects, preferably within the Property industry

Experience in HRIS transformation or implementation

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

Demonstrated strategic planning and risk management skills

Proficient in project management tools and software

• 6+ years working as project manager
