Position 1: Customer Service focused, assisting the Store manager with Day to day running of the shop and Australia Post Counter 9am til 5pm on weekdays.

General Duties

Managing Point of Sale system and maintaining Stock Control

Stock Control, management and Ordering

Stocking shelves, Fridges, Freezers

Assist Managing Australia Post Outlet and associated paperwork

Performing Daily Cash Reconciliations

Completing general paperwork and signing off on invoices

Supervise and Train staff

Maintain a high level of customer service

Encourage a team environment within the workplace

Observing and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.

Position 2: Site management and property maintenance assisting the Site Manager, you will need to possess drivers License, forklift ticket and know your way around basic power tools. You must be fit and healthy to manage and move stock. Be willing to get in and give anything a go!

General Duties

Loading and unloading truck with Forklift including delivering goods to the community

Property Maintenance including general repairs and maintenance, gardening, waste management and cleanliness

Stocking shelves, Fridges, Freezers

Completing general paperwork and signing off on invoices

Supervise and Train staff

Maintain a high level of customer service

Encourage a team environment within the workplace

Observing and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Current Police Clearance

Complete Australia Post Training within 3 months

Complete Lotterywest Training within 1 month

Applicants must also be contactable at all times and be expected to assist the store management of the business and property in its entirety. You will be required to communicate extensively with the store manager, regional managers and owners and follow instructions quickly and concisely.

We are looking for someone that is committed to the role for at least 2 years and is wanting to become part of the local community.
