ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful execution of end-to-end technology initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of complex projects while helping uplift Agile practices and culture across the business.

DUTIES

• Deliver technology projects from initiation to completion using Agile methodologies
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocations
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across both technology and business units
• Provide clear, concise project updates to senior leadership
• Identify delivery roadblocks and develop solutions to maintain momentum
• Champion continuous improvement and uplift Agile maturity across teams
• Build a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and outcome-driven delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in an Agile or hybrid environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence outcomes across departments
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, or PMP
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver executive-level reporting
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating project risks
• A practical mindset for embedding better ways of working and driving delivery excellence
