Are you a polished and consultative salesperson with signage experience? Or a creative designer ready to take your customer service and organisational skills into a client-facing role? Grafix Group, Australia’s leader in large-format graphics, printed blinds, and environmental signage, is looking for an exceptional Sales Designer to join our team.

About the Role:
You’ll become a trusted advisor to clients across education,architectural, government, , and commercial sectors – managing projects from first enquiry to site scan, design brief, proposal, and final installation. A designated country region will form part of your territory, so the role includes regular travel (vehicle provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients onsite and remotely to assess needs and recommend solutions

Develop creative briefs and collaborate with our in-house design team

Produce accurate quotes and compelling proposals

Client manage through production to installation

Build long-term relationships across a wide range of industries

What We’re Looking For:

A proven sales professional in signage, graphics, or visual communications OR

A designer with strong project management and customer service skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and organisation abilities

A proactive, polished approach with high attention to detail

Ability to travel regularly across a defined regional territory

A valid driver’s licence

$100,000–$110,000 base salary + superannuation
