🧾 About the Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for new and returning clients, managing the front end of the sales process from initial inquiry through to design consultation, quoting, and handover to production. You’ll collaborate with builders, designers, and homeowners, using Cabinet Vision to create concept designs, develop pricing in Excel, and formalise quotes through ServiceM8.
You’ll also help manage job scheduling using our Gantt system (Smartsheet), ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales inquiries from clients, builders, and designers
Prepare concept designs using Cabinet Vision for quoting purposes
Estimate and prepare quotes in Excel, submit via ServiceM8
Coordinate revisions with clients to finalise scope, finishes & price
Liaise with production to ensure job handover matches client expectations
Maintain oversight of project scheduling to ensure deliverables align with timelines
Occasionally accompany clients to supplier showrooms for product selection
👤 About You
Proven experience in kitchen/joinery sales and interpreting architectural plans
Strong design capability with Cabinet Vision experience preferred
Knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and current trends in the market
Friendly, confident communicator who is also organised and detail-focused
Creative flair and a passion for delivering well-considered solutions
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and cloud-based quoting systems
Valid driver’s licence (site visits required); relevant certifications are a bonus
💰 Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus potential
Tools: All software provided (Cabinet Vision, ServiceM8, Smartsheet, Google Suite)
