Busy Bees at Noarlunga Downs is looking for an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our 97-place service with purpose, professionalism, and care. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a well-established centre and continue driving excellence in early childhood education.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards in care, compliance, and team performance

Mentor and support a team of educators to implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Foster strong and lasting relationships with families and the broader community

Work closely with your Area Director to manage enrolments, budgets, staffing, and centre goals

Lead with integrity, vision, and a child-first mindset

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)

Demonstrated experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role

Strong understanding of NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements

Current WWCC (SA), First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills
