Are you an experienced early childhood leader ready to take charge of a large, vibrant service? Busy Bees at Geelong West is seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our 137-place centre with confidence, professionalism, and heart.
As a key leader, you’ll drive quality education, compliance, family engagement, and team culture, supported by our national network and dedicated operations team.
About the Role
Lead a high-capacity centre with 137 licensed places
Oversee daily operations, compliance, enrolments, staffing, and financial performance
Inspire and mentor a passionate team of educators and leaders
Maintain strong relationships with families, children, and community partners
Uphold Busy Bees’ commitment to safety, inclusion, and quality
What You’ll Need
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Proven leadership experience in a similar Director or 2IC role
Excellent knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
WWCC (VIC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
A passion for early childhood education and team development
