About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team at Retz Plumbing Pty Ltd in Burleigh Heads, QLD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish spanning Gold Coast and Brisbane regions.

What you'll be doing

Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other team members

Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients

Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards

Familiarity with construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
