Your role will include

Organising and planning projects to meet critical deadlines

Managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from planning to completion

Monitor and manage project budgets

Delivering projects to a consistent high standard ensuring, safety, quality and profitability

Managing project teams, including contractors and subcontractors

Reviewing and approving project deliverables, including design drawings and specifications

Delivering D&C projects including the ability to liaise with consultants to ensure best outcomes

Procurement of materials

Submission of monthly progress claims and variation quotations

Communicating with project stakeholders to build on strong established relationships

Implementing and monitoring our safety processes including risk assessments and SWMS

Using job management software including Simpro, Bluebeam, Groundplan and Microsoft Office

Being a positive mentor for our electrical workers

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role

Advanced Simpro & Bluebeam experience

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong knowledge of the electrical and communication standards and regulations

A strong affinity for numbers and analytics

Excellent communication skills

A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Current QLD Electrical Licence

Current QLD Drivers Licence

Current White Card

CPR/LVR Certificate
