🧱 About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and organised Contract Administrator with strong general admin skills to join our small, hands-on office team.

This is a key support role focused on keeping project documentation, contracts, and admin on track. You’ll work closely with the director, Estimator and foremen to manage the admin side of active projects — from compliance to coordination and communication.

You'll also help streamline internal processes and support the team with broader office administration when needed.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and managing client and subcontractor contracts

Tracking project variations and maintaining registers

Coordinating permits, insurance, and compliance paperwork

Issuing and tracking purchase orders and subcontractor agreements

Organising site documentation (SWMS, sign-ins, inductions, etc.)

Assisting with scheduling, document control and general admin tasks

Liaising with consultants, trades, and clients to keep workflows clear

Helping keep the office running efficiently day-to-day

🎯 What We’re Looking For

3+ years in a contract admin or project admin role (preferably in residential construction)

Strong organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Exposure to construction software (e.g. Buildxact, Cubit, Procore) is a plus

Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to work well in a small team and juggle multiple priorities

A genuine interest in construction and building better systems
