🌱 Farm Team Supervisor (Full-Time)

We’re looking for motivated and reliable Farm Team Supervisors to step into key leadership roles within our harvest operation. As part of our 7-day roster, you’ll lead daily picking crews, help run Agpick systems, and step up into higher responsibilities when senior staff are off duty.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for supervising a harvest or plant maintenance crew in the field, ensuring productivity targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met each day. This role includes stepping into higher duties when required, either as the Harvest Coordinator (3IC) or Assistant Harvest Manager (2IC), depending on your position in the team.

Key Duties:

Lead daily crew briefings and field start-up

Allocate rows, monitor picking, and ensure AgPick compliance

Support team training, enforce farm rules, and maintain picker morale

Step into senior supervisory duties on rostered days (weekend coverage)

Report to Harvest Manager and Assistant Harvest Manager on daily outcomes

Contribute to digital harvest tracking and spreadsheet reports

What We’re Looking For:

Previous farm or harvest team leadership experience

Strong spoken and written English

Confidence using AgPick and basic spreadsheets

Reliable, fair, and clear communicator

Willingness to work one weekend day each week

Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure

Role Details:

🕔 Full-time (5 days/week including one weekend day)

💼 Includes higher duties when covering senior roles

💰 Salary: $60,000–$75,000/year (depending on position and duties)

📍 Based in Stanthorpe, QLD
