We’re a close-knit, hands-on nursery team based in the beautiful Obi Obi Valley, just behind Mapleton in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. We specialise in growing and selling a stunning variety of tropical plants, including ornamental gingers, Vireya rhododendrons, and indoor plants.

We’re on the lookout for a Dispatch Supervisor — an experienced Nursery Team Leader, Supervisor, or a highly capable nursery hand eager to grow into a leadership role.

Your New Role

Working closely with management, you’ll help oversee and organise daily nursery operations, particularly in dispatch and team coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and scheduling a small team

Organising dispatch and general nursery logistics

Maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards

Getting hands-on to support day-to-day production tasks

Supporting continuous improvement across nursery operations

What We’re Looking For:

Wholesale nursery experience or a relevant horticultural qualification

Proven team leadership or training experience

Fit, reliable, and ready for physical outdoor work (in all weather)

Strong communication and time-management skills

Reliable transport (we’re off the beaten path — no public transport)

Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your role

Adaptable and can work under pressure
